Orlando is prone to wildfire hazards during its driest season on the months of December until May.

Orlando, a name derived in 1836 from a soldier named Orlando Reeves who died during the war between the Indian's tribe Seminole, is considered to be among the top vacation spots in the world. Among its well known attractions include Walt Disney World Resort. Walt Disney was said to have raised the economic status of Orlando since its formation back in 1965.Other famous attractions in Orlando include the Universal Orlando Resort and Sea World. Today, Orland has become a city known all around the world for its numerous theme parks and tourist attractions. It has been perceived to be accommodating an average of 52 million tourists per year.
